What was the highlight of Ocean Suites Jeju Hotel
My second time staying at Ocean Suites and will go back again, beautiful hotel, well located.
That little extra room for luggage was great. The breakfast was excellent.
We first booked for 2, then increased it to 3 pax as the room was meant for 3 (another family member decided to join us for the trip and we wrote to the hotel to inform them of that, including during check-in time that there are 3 of us, not 2). However, we had to keep asking for extra towels etc. (on a daily basis) for the 3rd person and there were insufficient chairs for a room for 3, so one of us has to make do with a stool. There was enough space for a 3rd chair, hence it would be nice to have another chair, which could have been placed in that extra room. It was obvious that such information don't get disseminated to the housekeeping department! Perhaps the QA department would consider doing this as part of their SOP, i.e. change in 'order' to be noted? Just a feedback for continual improvement.

A comfortable and well-located hotel with beautiful views, minor things to improve
I had an excellent experience at Ocean Suites Jeju Island. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and very clean, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. The location is ideal, close to many points of interest and offering a beautiful ocean view, which can be enjoyed from the room or the common areas. Although the hotel is a bit older, it is very well maintained, giving it a classic charm while still being comfortable. The facilities are adequate, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. Definitely a great option for those looking for comfort, a great location, and a peaceful stay in Jeju.
There are just a couple of things that could be improved. The rooms felt a bit dark, so some enhancements to the lighting would make the space feel even more welcoming. Also, it was a bit difficult to adjust the room temperature — one night it was quite warm, and I couldn’t figure out how to change it. It would be helpful if the hotel provided clearer instructions on how to use the temperature control system. Overall, I still really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others visiting Jeju Island.
