Nice Ocean view. Room is spacious. Walking distance to eatery. Hotel a bit old but still fine with us. The cafe downstairs serves good coffee and bread. Convenience store is a great and we can purchase almost any things there.

My second time staying at Ocean Suites and will go back again, beautiful hotel, well located.

That little extra room for luggage was great. The breakfast was excellent.

We first booked for 2, then increased it to 3 pax as the room was meant for 3 (another family member decided to join us for the trip and we wrote to the hotel to inform them of that, including during check-in time that there are 3 of us, not 2). However, we had to keep asking for extra towels etc. (on a daily basis) for the 3rd person and there were insufficient chairs for a room for 3, so one of us has to make do with a stool. There was enough space for a 3rd chair, hence it would be nice to have another chair, which could have been placed in that extra room. It was obvious that such information don't get disseminated to the housekeeping department! Perhaps the QA department would consider doing this as part of their SOP, i.e. change in 'order' to be noted? Just a feedback for continual improvement.

Very Good

Great breakfast (one of the better ones I had on this trip to South Korea) and very professional staff. Hotel has ATM and coin laundry. Access to convenience store and a coffee shop.

The room was a bit outdated. The add said that it's a sound proof room but it wasn't, I could hear a street performance going on on the street as if I was there. It was disturbing on some evenings. If you want to use public transport, it is a bit of a walk to reach most busses.

Convenient, efficient, modest

A large, modern, efficient hotel on the ocean front close to downtown and the airport. Huge breakfast, walking distance to many downtown attractions and services. We stayed one night on our way home from a week in Jeju. It worked well for us; but I wouldn't want to stay here for more than one night.

The Ocean view that we paid a bit extra for wasn't that great. Mostly overlooked parking lots and rooftops. I wouldn't stay long as part of a vacation; but the hotel was convenient for air travel the following day.

Wonderful

The location...centrally located in North Jeju, close to the airport, city centre and next to the sea....spacious rooms and a well decked up hotel...also, advantage in terms of being a pick up point for certain recognised Jeju tours like Klook.

Nothing very specific, however, the property being slightly old, there is certainly a scope for upgrading selected facilities

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious! Definitely enjoyed staying here!

The gym facilities could be better... The equipment was not plugged and there were no threadmill even though it was featured on the TV (in the hotel room). Otherwise, nothing else!

Clean, comfy bed, plenty of room space, excursion pick up point.

When you enter the hotel reception it has that old school charm, everything a bit dated like from 70s, 80s. The room we got was great, modern, renovated, plenty space for luggage and moving around. If you want to go to excursions this is the pick up point as they start at 8,9 am it’s very convenient. Not to far from the street food market and center overall, 10min walking distance. Quiet at night and comfortable bed for sleeping, very clean as well.

A comfortable and well-located hotel with beautiful views, minor things to improve

I had an excellent experience at Ocean Suites Jeju Island. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and very clean, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. The location is ideal, close to many points of interest and offering a beautiful ocean view, which can be enjoyed from the room or the common areas. Although the hotel is a bit older, it is very well maintained, giving it a classic charm while still being comfortable. The facilities are adequate, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. Definitely a great option for those looking for comfort, a great location, and a peaceful stay in Jeju.

There are just a couple of things that could be improved. The rooms felt a bit dark, so some enhancements to the lighting would make the space feel even more welcoming. Also, it was a bit difficult to adjust the room temperature — one night it was quite warm, and I couldn’t figure out how to change it. It would be helpful if the hotel provided clearer instructions on how to use the temperature control system. Overall, I still really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others visiting Jeju Island.
